2003.10.01启用的最新专利申请号编号形式（共12位数字，加上一个小数点）

申请年号+专利申请种类+申请顺序号+计算机校验位

1、前4位数字表示申请年号，比如今年申请的就是2015.

2、第二段由第五位数组成，表示申请的种类，其中第5位数字表示申请种类：比如1= 发明专利申请2= 实用新型专利申请3= 外观设计专利申请8= 进入中国国家阶段的PCT发明专利申请9= 进入中国国家阶段的PCT实用新型专利申请。

3、第三段由第六至十二位组成，代表当年该类别申请的序号数；

4、第四段由最后一位数字或符号组成，是计算机自动生成的校验位，由计算机给予。
