怎样证明图书的著作权人

版权声明是指作品权利人对自己创作作品的权利的一种口头或声明，一般版权声明包括权利归属、作品使用准许方式、责任追究等方面的内容。诸如平时看文章时会有一个严禁转载的说明，其实这就是版权声明。一份合格版权声明应该包括声明的具体内容（当事人、标的、履行、违约、价款、纠纷解决方式、数量、质量），版权所有人的个人信息，如版权人的联系方式、地址等信息。常见的版权声明有如下这几种：1.版权归本XXX网站或原作者XXX所有；2.未经原作者允许不得转载本文内容，否则将视为侵权；3.转载或者引用本文内容请注明来源及原作者；4.对于不遵守此声明或者其他违法使用本文内容者，本人依法保留追究权等。

2、作品初次公开发表的年份。如果是之前发表材料的编辑或者衍生（编辑比如：文选，衍生比如：翻译或者编剧），有权利使用编辑或者衍生作品的最初发表年份。画报，绘画或者雕塑复制在贺卡，明信片，文具，珠宝，玩偶，玩具或者其他有用的物品上，如果有伴随的文本材料时，年份可以省略。
